The centre of excellence for developing industry leaders Meat and Livestock industry standards body AUS-MEAT have expanded its training services to encapsulate the entire Agribusiness sector. Following the release of AUS-MEAT’s new five (5) year strategy in early February 2023, CEO Stephen Crisp acknowledged the contribution AUS-MEAT has made to industry over the past 30 years and that a new clear vision for the future will help to position AUS-MEAT as the leading provider of certification and training services to the agriculture and food industry sectors. Mr Crisp commented, the new strategy is clear, AUS-MEAT will deliver integrity and build industry capability through our technical and practical expertise. The expansion of training, including the delivery of Nationally Accredited qualifications, endorsed skill sets and industry led training services will ensure the industry is best placed to meet the ongoing demands of the global food supply chain. As the industry owned standards body AUS-MEAT are in a unique position to build and work with industry to offer the best solution to educate, upskill and create a sustainable and trusted agriculture and food industries. AUS-MEAT’s experienced industry trainers deliver training to suit client needs, with delivery options including, face-to-face, online or virtual. AUS-MEAT deliver training at a range of public venues located throughout Australia, or conveniently onsite as requested. Recently AUS-MEAT has developed a state-of-the-art training facility located in Brisbane, QLD.
