What is the course about?

The Introduction to Meat Messaging Learning Resource is a comprehensive, interactive training program designed to empower learners with the knowledge needed to effectively implement the Meat Messaging system for export meat consignments.

Meat Messaging is a simple, secure, ‘cloud’ industry portal, where export meat establishments upload consignment information. When consignments are received, authorised users (the importers, inspection houses or end users) can access details about the consignment and the individual cartons.

Meat Messaging provides a data driven supply chain solution to replace paper meat transfer certificates and missing or damaged shipping marks in export markets.
